anxiety, trauma, grief, and more while utilizing therapeutic approaches such as CBT,
mindfulness, CPT, and motivational interviewing. I have worked in multiple therapeutic settings,
including at Sheppard Pratt and in private practice. I believe that everyone deserves a chance to
