Over the years, Toni has managed mental health centers, creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for both staff and clients. Many hats have been worn by Toni, some simultaneously. From Assistant, Office Administrator, and Office Manager, to Onboarding Specialist, HR Director, QA Manager, Billing Specialist, and now Chief Compliance officer.

Toni has always excelled in the tasks at hand and has even equipped accreditation as well as state licensure multiple times for the centers she has worked with.

For Baltimore Counseling Center, Toni is overseeing and directing all internal operations. She is a direct contact for all. She is always available to clients and staff to make sure any questions or concerns are properly and directly addressed.

Ensuring a smooth process for all Baltimore Counseling Center staff and clients to keep our center functioning efficiently, and ensuring that staff and clients feel welcome and fairly treated, is always her goal.
