Hi, I’m Madison – a therapist with my masters in social work (LMSW).
I bring experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, working with diverse
individuals across a wide range of needs and life experiences. I specialize in supporting clients
navigating mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, personality disorders, and neurodivergence,
while also helping individuals address stress, relationship challenges, emotional regulation,
impulsivity, self-esteem, and overall quality of life.

My approach to therapy is integrative, personalized, and grounded in evidence-based care. I
draw from modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior
Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and
trauma-informed care. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I tailor each session to meet
your unique needs, goals, and strengths — whether that involves structured skill-building,
deeper self-exploration, or simply having a supportive space to process and feel heard.
Above all, I believe healing begins with genuine human connection. I strive to create a warm,
welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you feel safe showing up authentically and
openly.

I don’t see people as problems to be fixed. Instead, I work collaboratively with you to better
understand your experiences, build self-awareness, strengthen coping tools, and move toward
the meaningful and lasting change you desire. I believe growth often happens not only through
major breakthroughs, but also through the steady experience of being heard, supported, and
empowered throughout your therapeutic journey.
