Trauma, Anxiety and Depression

I provide individual therapy for adults who are ready for change—whether that means healing
from trauma, managing anxiety or depression, or working through a difficult life transition. I
believe therapy is most effective when you feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported while
taking ownership of your growth. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood,
and empowered to move forward.

My background includes working in both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health settings,
where I’ve supported individuals navigating complex emotional challenges. I earned my degree
from Community College of Baltimore County and my Master of Social Work from University of
Maryland, Baltimore. My work now focuses heavily on trauma-informed care—helping clients
process difficult experiences, understand how those experiences shape current patterns, and
build healthier ways of coping and relating.

My style is direct, collaborative, and grounded. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills,
trauma-informed approaches, strengths-based work, mindfulness practices, and
solution-focused strategies. Together, we’ll focus on building insight, developing practical tools,
strengthening emotional regulation, and creating steady, meaningful progress toward healing.
If you’re ready to begin working through trauma and building a stronger, more empowered
version of yourself, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
