Have you ever started a puzzle that seemed easy initially, only to keep working at it and become frustrated because you know the answer but can’t seem to get it out? This can cause you to become overwhelmed and fatigued. The more you try, the harder it gets. Sometimes, depression feels like this. No matter how hard you try, it gets worse. Anxiety can be similar, where you overthink everything, causing analysis paralysis. This doesn’t have to be your life anymore, and I can help. With my experience in the field, I am well-equipped with the appropriate tools to help you solve this problem. I use a combination of mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy to help you become detached from the puzzle and look at it from a different perspective, so you can eliminate all the frustration. I also work with bipolar disorders and can help you apply alternative coping strategies that take literal minutes to initiate and de-escalate any stress or overwhelm you may be experiencing.
