LMSWIt’s easy to dismiss common anxiety as something that will just go away on its own. But in truth, it doesn’t. It grows and grows, and the more you try to appease it, the stronger and more problematic it becomes. It’s like a leech that feeds off your fears and won’t take no for an answer. It’s not easy to solve, but with enough effort from both of us, we can tackle it head-on.
But shifting gears for a second lets talk about trauma and bipolar. They are related sometimes but other times aren’t. Its like that second cousin that you struggle understanding how you are connected. Well I help you learn the connection and the eliminate it so its not feeding on each other. I specialize and love treating those disorders because of the massive transformations I see in people’s lives. It’s one thing to help you feel understood and validated, but it’s another to witness a complete transformation in how you feel about life. That’s exactly what I aim to do. I also work with the LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse communities, providing a safe, supportive space where you can feel truly seen and heard, empowering you to embrace your most authentic self.
I take a strength-based, solution-focused approach, believing that even the darkest times can be stepping stones to personal growth. I understand how overwhelming it can be to face these struggles alone, and I’m here to walk alongside you, offering compassion and understanding. You are the expert on your own life and experiences, and I am dedicated to helping you not just survive, but thrive, through both the turmoil and the triumphs.
I understand the crippling anxiety that can make everyday tasks feel insurmountable, the haunting memories of PTSD that can make you feel trapped in the past, and the unpredictable highs and lows of bipolar disorder that can leave you feeling out of control. I’m here to help you navigate these intense emotions and experiences, providing the support and tools you need to regain a sense of stability and peace.
