Expertise

Anxiety, Depression and Trauma

I bring 8 years of social work experience specializing in crisis intervention and community-based mental health. My journey began working with children and their families, where I provided support and advocacy to foster resilience and well-being. I later transitioned to crisis intervention for a nationwide service, focusing on suicide prevention and support for individuals across all ages and demographics. My passion lies in providing compassionate, client-centered care to help individuals navigate life’s most challenging moments.

Whether it’s your first time looking for a therapist or returning to the therapeutic space, sharing with someone new is scary. I believe that everyone is able to reach their goals, especially when getting some extra, well deserved, help along the way. Life is not a journey that needs to be traveled alone and I’m here to support that journey.

“To anyone considering their next move: embrace the change. Remember that reinvention is powerful.” -Lewis Hamilton
